Alex Ryberg

As a spiritual teacher, yogini, empath, integrative health practitioner and transformational coach, Alex is deeply devoted to helping you find your truth.

There is so much to unveil within ourselves; we have such infinite power and potential. All we need is the reminder to tap into it.

She stepped into this deep knowing, fully owning her innate power as a divine truth-seeker and healer , when, at the age of 15 years old, she experienced the traumatic loss of my father to heart disease. It was a sudden, unexpected passing that, from the lens of holistic health, could have been prevented. Since then, she's been using this devastating loss as fuel for knowledge in holistic health principles that led her to discover yoga early on in my twenties.

Ever since, in these last 15 years, she has been steeped in deep transformative yoga practices and contemplative self studies; I transcended my own negative patterns, and began leading the way for others to break free from unsustainable and unhealthy lifestyles, seek enlightenment, and end their suffering.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING...

I decided to participate in the Ayurvedic 28-Day Integration Program while I was going through a slump in my life. I have always been a relatively healthy individual but I was finding that I was distracted and not feeling like myself. I was not participating in practices that brought me joy and my diet and sleep were suffering. I found the Wild Vedic Living course offered by Jenny Griffith through some friends at my yoga studio and it was exactly what I needed. My passions were reignited through the journaling exercises and meditation practices. Being on a plan for 28 days does amazing things for the body, mind and spirit. Learning about Ayurveda and my specific constitution was eye opening. I love chips and dry snacks and it turns out that my attraction to those foods isn't the best for my body type. They actually aggravate my constitution. After going through this program I began to crave the foods my body really needed, which I believe takes a certain intelligence on the body's side. I had to go through the cleansing process to show up on the other side, allowing my body (and gut) to find its alignment with nature and what was best for me during the season. Setting up my Ayurvedic kitchen was the highlight for me. Having spices, seeds, ghee and healthy seasonal veggies available makes it easy and fun for me to continue this journey well after the course ends. Sometimes cooking feels like a chore, but when Jenny teaches it there is an energy and joy that is contagious. I am so grateful for this course and truly feel like my life was changed for the better. The practices became engrained in me and I could not imagine straying far from the Ayurvedic lifestyle now that my sleeping and joy vibrations are soaring high! - Shannon Ramo

I have used Jenny’s program about 5 times over the past 2 years, and I love the results that I get- that is why I have been a returning customer! I am a personal trainer and I have also recommended Jenny to my clients who are looking to make meaningful, lasting changes to their bodies and their minds. The most substantial result that I get from this cleanse process is the sense of calm and peace I receive from Jenny’s program. The food is tasty and provides adequate energy to get me through my busy days, but it is the meditative aspect of the cleanse that has the longest lasting effects for me. My clients have gotten great results as well! I cannot recommend this process highly enough. If you are truly ready to see physical changes in your body and repair your emotional relationship with food, this cleanse is for you.
